Een dag uit het leven van:
Bij het opstarten van de pastakeuken zorg jij ervoor dat alles klaargezet om te starten. Jij vult de koelingen aan met de vers gemaakte groente- en vleesproducten uit de prepkeuken en verse pasta’s uit de manifattura.

Als all round medewerker keuken ben jij het gezicht van Vapiano! Zodra de deuren van het restaurant openen is het jouw moment om te shinen. Met jouw kookkunsten verzorg jij de gerechten voor onze gasten, terwijl zij met jou kunnen meekijken. Elke gerecht heeft een eigenheid en die bereid jij met alle plezier voor! Je kookt met passie en bent hierin lekker je jezelf, hierdoor heb je de juiste interactie met de gasten! Helemaal geen probleem voor jou! Door het on-the-job trainingsprogramma maak jij blindelings alle gerechten klaar. Dit doe jij uiteraard met een glimlach. Jouw shift zit erop zodra jij je werkplek grondig hebt schoongemaakt en aangevuld.

De baan:

• Jij voorziet onze gasten van het perfecte gerecht:
• Het bereiden van het gerecht naar de wens van de gast;
• Alles klaarzetten voor de opening;
• Vullen van de koelingen met de juisten producten die vanuit de voorbereiding zijn klaargemaakt;

Jouw beloning:

• Wij bij Vapiano vinden het belangrijk dat jij je blijft ontwikkelen, wij hebben daarom voldoende doorgroeimogelijk en bieden hierin een ruime mogelijkheid aan tools;
• Ingewerkt worden door een buddy/coach;
• Salaris conform de horeca CAO voor deze functie word je ingeschaald in functieschaal 3. Omdat pasta diensten iets zwaarder zijn dan andere diensten, ontvang je voor de werkuren in een pasta shift 9,5% toeslag per uur (dat komt neer op ongeveer 1€ per uur).

• Voldoende ruimte om lekker jezelf te kunnen zijn.

A day in the life of:
When setting up the pasta kitchen, you make sure that everything is ready for the service start. You supplement the refrigerations with the freshly made vegetable and meat products from the prep kitchen and fresh pasta from the manifattura.

As an all round kitchen employee you are the face of Vapiano! As soon as the doors of the restaurant open, it’s your time to shine. With your cooking skills you prepare the dishes for our guests, right in front of their eyes. Each dish has its own character and you are happy to prepare it! You cook with passion and you feel comfortable when cooking, so you have the time to interact with the guests! Not a problem for you at all! Thanks to the on-the-job training program, you blindly prepare all dishes. You do this with a smile. Your shift is over as soon as you have thoroughly cleaned and supplemented your workplace.

The job:

• You provide our guests with the perfect dish:
• Preparing the dish according to the wishes of the guest;
• Prepare everything for the opening;
• Filling the coolers with the correct products that have been prepared from the preparation;

Your reward:

• Salary in accordance with the catering collective labor agreement for this position you will be classified in job scale 3.
